The North Bay & District Home Builders' Association has a membership of 22 active members. They consist of builders, framers, service sector, supply companies, banks and government agencies.

Our association is made up of both full and associate members. Being a "full" member automatically enrolls your company in the Canadian Home Builders'Association (CHBA) and the Ontario Home Builders' Association (OHBA) with all the benefits of these organizations.

As an associate member, you are not a part of the CHBA or the OHBA, but you will enjoy benefits at the local level, including guest speakers that we bring in to every meeting and the networking made available by your attendance at the meetings.

We meet on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of every month for a dinner meeting at 6:30 p.m. for cocktails and dinner at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Clarion-Pinewood Park Conference Centre. We have a guest speaker at each of the meetings and we try to give different subjects of interest to deal with all of the different members' needs.

The fee schedule for full membership is $575.00 per year. The association membership rate is $350.00 per year. Both memberships entitles you to eight (8) dinner meetings and discounts on booth space at our Trade Show each Spring. We also hold a golf tournament in August.
